Hope Plumbing

I’m not sure if I got a good deal- seemed super expensive (but I did not take the time to shop around). Their response time was amazing- not an emergency, but they scheduled me for the next day. Moved plumbing, replaced water heater, installed softener, in just a few hours. Great work and workers. Happy that they will continue to service my home when needed!

Our tech, JP, was great. I explained to him what the problem was and he knew exactly what he needed to do. The price was very reasonable. It was actually better and a lot less than I thought. He did such a good job I joined Hope's membership program. It's very reasonable ($8/ month for a year). Living in an older home in Irvington, this membership has actually given me some peace of mind. Ask about it when you contact Hope Plumbing for your plumbing needs. No I am not affiliated with them. Just a great company.

The first tech could not unclog the kitchen drain, so a second plumber was taking over, but couldn't come until Monday. Then got a call later and the second plumber was able to come that Friday evening. Ended up we need to replace the pipes under sink and a pipe in basement. They were able to complete that evening and return Saturday morning for one quick capping of a pipe. We are happy with the work and with the plumber. The job was done quick, and clean.

This is my second time using Hope Plumbing. Both my experiences have been outstanding!!! I contacted Hope at approximately 4:45pm the evening before to request services. I received an electronic notification at 7:03am the next morning stating my tech was on his way to begin my projects. Evan was trustworthy, down to earth, reliable, and clean! He used gloves to remove old toilet and disposed of them before touching anything else. Left my my place as clean as it was when he got there. Worked late just to work with my schedule since he didn’t have the toilet in stock when he came out on the Saturday before. Everyone at the entire company that I came in contact with was professional and reliable. Thank you hope plumbing!
