Advantage Plumbing Heating and Cooling

We had to fix our main waterline in our extended yard. We called around town, some plumbing companies do not have the equipment to detect the breakage. A friend told us about Advantage Plumbing who gave great advice on the options and we realized the most cost-effective way was to replace the line with a newer type of pipe. It turned out they truly have great crew, especially the “Advantage guy on TV”, Trent. He is SUPER! He quickly came over with crews to establish a temporary waterline for us. We really appreciated this prompt service. They followed up with a great job trenching and re-routing with a line made with state-of-the-art materials to fix all the problems. It was a big job and they continued working into the evening getting it done-- we sincerely appreciated that. We are very happy with their great work, we would like to highly recommend to everyone to use their service.

the only positive was the receptionist, and that a tech was able to come out same day. I was told the tech would be out after lunch, he didn't get to my house until after 4pm. He was supposed to diagnose the issue, then let me know price before doing anything. He went straight to my outside unit hooked it up, and then started working putting Refrigerant in my unit. He then tells me I owe over $300, I emailed and informed them that I was not given a quote like I was promised and that the issue wasn't fixed i was given a military discount due to my husband being a veteran which I still owed close to $300. So I ended up having to pay for a $300 bandaid, and have to pay another company to come out and tell me what's wrong with my ac unit since the tech didn't do anything but put Refrigerant in. There is more wrong with my ac then that, and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Advantage did a terrific job replacing a leaky vanity faucet, as well as, leveling the floor to install new toilets in my bathrooms. It has been two months and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work and professionalism.

Advantage has exceeded my expectations every time. They replaced my AC . There was damage to the unit during shipping that was not seen until unboxing at my house. They had a new unit the next day to install.nnI scheduled service on a different unit later. I was going to be out of town so it was scheduled for a few weeks later. Steve called to check and try to get me an earlier appointment.nnExcellent customer service will keep my business for a long time.

Pros: Advantage is super professional, usually able to come out quickly, and they are on time or even early.nnCons: VERY expensive. Be prepared to pay. A 45 minute root clean out in our sewer line that did not require anything extraordinary, was not an urgent or emergency call, and was not a complicated job was more than $300 when I received the bill. For this reason I will not use them for any other jobs on my houses.
