Truly the best deal for plumbing services in San Diego! Recently had a bad clog in my kitchen sink and I messaged various plumbing services via yelp to get it fixed immediately. What I love about this business is their quick replies and full transparency about what service they would do and how much it would cost. They honored the estimate they provided to me and it was very affordable. Since Premier Rooter & Plumbing got back to me within a matter of minutes AND they were willing to come as soon as I needed them

A special shout-out to Jessica for walking me thru the process of ordering stuff for my repairs and for checking in on me as things were coming together. Trevor did an awesome job of pinpointing the issue with my gas heater— RHEEM— and James was as patient as a saint while everything had to be replaced for the gas controls and wiring therefore. I was teaching virtually while it was all going on and they were so polite as to schedule as close to the end of my day as possible. Above all, thank God for getting me some hot water back in my place.

My Georgia plumber has a $100.00 service fee they will not tell you about when you set the appointment. There is no mention on their website. Was also told by tech I would not be charged the fee until I had time to discuss my experience with management, well that was a lie. Charged within an hour of the tech being there. Wanted to charge me over $200.00 to use their electronic gas sniffer on one pipe, ONE! I also received their invoice and many of their items have a mark up of 400-500% over retail price. Over $200 dollars for an expansion tank that costs $50.00 dollars. I understand the fact that they have overhead, but that is beyond excessive. Will not return my emails/call to discuss further. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on their shady business practices and their cost structure alone. Do yourself a favor and call another plumber that will not take advantage of you and will not price gouge you.

My technician James Turner was extraordinary. He listen to me when I explained my problem and he restated my problem to make sure he understood me clearly. Next, he did an evaluation of what he thought was wrong and as he went through he explained what he was doing/performing. Finally, he gave a diagnosis of the problem and fixed everything perfectly. If not for James and My Georgia Plumber I would be canceling my home warranty company American Home Shield. The first company and technician they sent did everything opposite. He didn’t listen to me and checked everything except what I told him was happening. To make things worst it seems like he diagnosed a problem that wasn’t covered by American Home Shield. After writing this post and thinking I will be canceling American Home Shield. They are the worst!
