Even though I mentioned my address correctly the delivery team couldn't able to deliver my courier on-time. And they didn't even tried to reach out to my contact. After rigorous follow-up I received my courier 15 days later, which is not at all expected from a so called world leader in delivery. I strongly suggest go with our local vendors and avoid DHL kadapa.

It's service is good but entirely based on delivery boy... Sometimes they do worst delivery service in terms of faster delivery or not coming to door step even the address is good enough to find out

The thing is we need to personally go there and pick up the package as it is delayed for long time.... But the staff was good... I'm disappointed in the delivery time....

instead just send a message saying that they would. There are absolutely no contact numbers except the toll number and the numbers available donot exist anymore. Such a useless and irresponsible and arrogant service. I guess they want the customer to come and take their package from the hub all by themselves.PLEASE GO WITH OTHER COURIER SERVICES

Bluedart has invested by venturing this branch in Kadapa. these guys are only parcel delivery boys. and suggesting the people to use some third party couriers for international DHL services. which is linked with DHL international in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
