Excellent service but it takes lots of time for service u have to reach early for timely delivery else wait upto 6:00-7:00 pm

Liked a lot got my KIA seltos repaired and serviced, very nice servicing was good. Good efforts from the team.nBut the inhouse persons wasn't that much good enough....nAllover a nice and generous team.

I went there for my 3rd free service of SELTOS. As the day start as my problems. first of all there is no use of taking appointment. they takes as many cars as they can. I am facing three problems first is my auto android is not working properly second one is cruise control is not working properly and third one is my front window mirror not closing properly. None of them were sorted out. Let's start with the service they washed my car which I thought of no use. Then they took my car again for washing. Took again more time. Now when all done and the billing time came I saw bill where no oil filter was mentioned. means they changed engine oil but did not changed oil filter. then again they took my car inside put oil filter in it. I went there at 9:30 and came out at around 6:30. After the incident the negligence behaviour they showed me is unforgettable to me. pls don't go there, try someone else.
