We ordered a 5 kg fruit theme fondant cake and a lot of things made the experience not worth repeating.n1. They didnt stick to the delivery time and we really had to push them and call them multiple times to provide us the cake on time.n2. No delivery service meant that we had to beat our heads for its preperation on time for pick up.n3. The cake wasn't quite upto the mark for the price quote that was offered. Have had better cakes at lesser price. The fruit was so sparse in the fruit cake that we had to search with a spoon for fruit pieces!n4. The fondant didn't quite have the finish (again for the amount of money that was charged).nnThe fruit shaped cookies designed by them had a very average finishing and detailing. I have definitely had better experience with other customized cake/cookie providers.nnThe saving grace were the Cakesickles which were appropriately designed, good to taste and well appreciated by the people as well.

Pathetic experience 2nd time in few months. We ordered cake, bread and patty on 6th June and to our surprise the bread delivered was expired on 4th and 5th June. Also the cake (truffle) tasted very bad and was so hard ... appears they are just clearing stocks. When we called to complaint you will get worst customer care in this world. NEVER BUY FROM OTIK they sell expired stocks.

The otik shop serves best cakes n pastries.it is open till 12 in mid night. So always a easy buyout place for college students. Serves all kinds of flavours of cakes. I loved the dark chocolate cake. It's so tasteful n ticks your taste buds

Not worth it , the owners throw water on stray dogs , think what will they do to your cakes . Not recommended.
