I receive calls from Cars24 3 times a day,EVERYDAY!!!nIn spite of telling that I don’t want anyone calls I still receive calls from different numbers.nWhen I called the customer service they said that they can’t take my number off the list.nWhat do I do?? I’m going to start reporting these call.nI DONT WANT TO RECEIVE ANY CALLS FROM YOU,I DONT WANT YO SELL YOU ANY CAR!!!!!!!!!

They do a thorough inspection of your car to be sold which takes @ 45 mins then inspection report and pics loaded for online bidding by their channel partners which takes another @ 30 mins end of which they give you their price. one needs sufficient time @ 75 mins minm for this whole activity. Inspection was professionally done and all activities explained in details. Give you instant payment and service charges are @ 6000. Good if one wants to sell car immediatly and peace of mind with 10 lacs insurance on the sold car till it is transferred to new owner. RC tranfer time is @ 120 days.

Worst place to deal with.... Mr. Mayur Rajput ,cars24 Vadodara representative, is the most irresponsible person and the customer care services are also below average... There is no one in cars24 who can take up your complaint and take proper steps to resolve your problems.... They claim of responding back in 24-48 hours but they don't.... Better to sell ur car somewhere else rather than wasting your time on this useless site.... Now I doubt about the authenticity of the site as well after having such worst experience from cars24 Vadodara.... A big NO for this platform....
