SJPNL website is disappointing. For queries people are supposed to visit nearby office and write an application. What is the use of website then, where you can't even sent the application online. This is quite upsetting.

It is hard to believe that there is still a website in 2020 that is devoid of the option of online payment of bills. Very few customers receive hard copies of bills while the remaining citizens of town are either expected to be struck by some sort of magical revelation or have to rely on a chance conversation with a neighbour who happens to be one of those few lucky ones to receive a receipt of the bill. There is only one centre in the entire town for bill generation & only five for payment of the same. For people working out of town, good luck dealing with the mismanagement of this haphazardly created board.
