Excellent staff and superb service. The location is fantastic as is the cleanliness and hygiene standards that are maintained. The play area for kids is fantastic. Kudos to the GM Amit Razdan who made us feel really special and catered to our every need and made my daughters birthday really really special

We had booked here in December but when we reached the hotel we found that it was not at all well kept . The person in the reception had no clue on how to talk to guests .We were asked to wait at the reception since our room was not ready , I used the washroom on the 2 nd floor and it was worse than a public toilet . After that experience we asked to see the room that we would be allotted and noticed that the property is not well kept . One needs to go to the top floor and exit and enter another block from outside which is very inconvenient . The carpets were filthy and we saw waste just lying everywhere . We asked to see the GM or any other senior person and no one was available and they did not even bother to pick up our phone . They serve buffet for breakfast , dinner is served in rooms and has very little options. The hotel should not even get a 2 star rating . The only plus us that the view is good. We even saw dead flies and insects lying on stairs and window panes .

Very nice hotel.....rooms have panoramic view. If visited during January occasionally you can see slight snowfall. Rooms are new and have excellent ambience. For me this was the first visit to kufri with Royal Tulip....but now Royal Tulip will me my all-time choice in coming years.

Service provided and the rooms were really nice. Breakfast also had different varieties and was great in taste
