Worst experience ever with these guys. They fail to deliver parcels to you and falsely mark that consignee is not at the address etc. The most unprofessional set of people I have ever met in Shimla.

Extremely disappointed with their services. Spoiling the image of the company as well. Went to send a courier, waited their for almost 20 minutes, but they keep telling me, sir server is down, wait for 5 minutes it will start working. Had to cancel my courier and come back home. Considering the present pandemics situation, none would ever want to wait for such long, specially at a place where public dealing is done. There's no zeal of working in these people. It seems as if they are doing favour upon us. They take things for granted without considering it a part of their job and responsibilities. Totally disappointed. Bluedart must take some strict actions against this. Its spoiling the overall brand name itself.

Very poor service in shimla! If you try to contact them, the line is always busy! You also don’t get any reply on mail! This is my second time experience with them and both time their service was disappointing. Both times, I didn’t get any call from them and directly I received a message that I was not available ( where as I received 3 packages from amazon delivery on the same day at my doorstep). From next time I am not going to purchase a product online if it is going to be delivered by blue dart!

Very unprofessional and irresponsible service. I called them multiple times but no response at all. No one is picking up. For customer service mail, the inbox is full so it is of no use. Still haven't got my package. And the reason shown is 'consignee has been given bde hal address'. God knows what that means. Contact me and give me my package or at least tell me from where i can collect it.
