I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Aanand Toyota Shimla. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specially I would like give high praise my salesman , Ms Preeti. Not only she was extremely genuine but also a true salesman. She was trustworthy, She listened to me & had a quick and clear communication. At Aanand Toyota I feel no pressure & didn’t feel rushed like any other car showrooms. The dealership made the process easy. I must say employees over there were highly professional & polite. I am very impressed the way of hospitality during my visit to showroom. Ms. Preeti always updated me with my car details from the beginning I booked my car. She delivered my car on time without any delay. As you all know there are so much formalities of documentations while buying car so Ms. Preeti took care of each every small details of car documentations. While she was buzy in doing these formalities Ms. Manisha Thakur took our all the enquiries and we never feel bored at showroom. Manisha decorated my car and does ceremony which was a very special and awesome feeling while buying a car. They made my day special and make the car buying experience to the next level. As I am not fond of taking images and all. But Manisha herself took all the images & videos of car and said these are the small things & moments we will become happy when we see it after few years. And when I see these images now I feel the same. At the end I want to say that the experience was awesome, you will be proud to owing a Toyota car. I am fully satisfied with the service of Aanand Toyota Shimla. Once again thankyou Preeti & Manisha. Because of you both we had a great experience of buying a Toyota car.
