IT WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE THEY WASTED THE TIME A LOT I DIDNT SUGGEST ANYBODY TO GO THERE, EVEN THEY TOOK HUGE AMOUNT FOR REPLACEMENT OF A PART ( Ball JOINT OF MAHINDRA SUV 500)WHICH WAS OF RS 1235 INR AND PLUS THEY CHARGED 23 HUNDRED FOR THE REPLACEMENT FOR THREE NUTS TO BE OPENED. I WAS VERY MUCH SURPRISED.

You really need to be vigilant while executives suggesting you spare replacement or any other repair work because unnecessary repair works are suggested which are otherwise not required. Recently air filter change which was done after 7k Kms , normally done after 20k Kms. The executives are least aware of ongoing schemes, events, camps. The repair work done is satisfactory.

I have a very bad experience. I came for an emergency today for tyre rod and there is no person who can help us. Tried to call many associated persons, bit everyone sleeping at home with their excuses. I would recommend all to not buy mahindra vehicle , they have no value for their customer and services.

Superb Experience!nThanks to the entire team very helpful and cooperative staff.nWe came from Delhi to Shimla and we got instant help from this Snowview Branch. Our TUV got a breakdown somewhere in the hills and unfortunately, it was Sunday. But still, we got instant help from this branch and got a satisfactory service.nThanks to Team Mahindra!

Mahindra Showroom and Service station below Government Press Shimla. Staff is professional. Service is great. Hospitality is at its best. Been there several times, they never disappoint with work. So far its been good experience.
