I had a pretty good experience from the agency. They have really good agents who can help us in most of the situations.nnBut I felt they should improve a lot more by helping the candidates with best courses. Usually students select their courses on their own. But they should have an idea of providing them the best course which can support what they want to achieve.nnAnd also the students are not really aware of the important dates of certain things. So they should also make sure they submit all of these on time.nnI had a really supportive agent who help me throughout the period till now. If I could rate agents individually then I would give her a 5 star but for the agency 3 is enough for the time being
