I went to the one in DB mall.nThis PSK's staff is super supportive, humble. They helped me as well as my parents in every step very diligently. Appreciate all their efforts in making the process so quick & effortless.nThe staff from Guards, document verification Team, Counter A, B, C Team till the higher management, they all talk so respectfully which actually makes your day. The Passport Seva Kendra in DB mall started after pandemic. Its on second floor, you have to directly pick lift which is at left side when entering parking area.nFrom parking area/ basement-3 or -2 to 2 floor by lift and not to enter from normal DB Mall entry.

Quick and systematic! Gone are days of lengthy bureaucratic processes.
