Delay in delivery. False promise. Rude behavior of staff (GM Salim). After booking one has to do multiple follow ups. First they promised date 14th feb then 20 Feb and then 28 Feb. They will go on making false promises. I had a recording in which he (GM) says that I was doing nothing till now.. will start looking at it now.. I was siting on air and doing nothing!! What can be expected if you have such GM for your showroom.

We booked a nexon on 17th Oct. First delivery date was 12th November but sadly it got delayed to 24th Nov but still there was no sight of car and executive again changed date to 10th of December. On 12th of December the executive told me he have no idea when car will come you can cancel it if you want ud83dudc4f so we did as Tata is not only the option and bought Venue soon enough.

Worst experience & worst customer handling I have ever seen... they really need to learn how to deal with customers.nI have booked Nexon in September & they promised for 12-15 days but i didn't get my car even after 2 months. During this time showroom authorities were not answering about delivery status and higher management blocked my number- ignorant & unprofessional managers. For booking he called me at 10pm in the night and after booking blocked my number, no respect for customers.nWill never recommend anybody to buy from this dealership.Instead buy from any other city and get your vehicle transferred but not from this dealership as it is taking undue advantage of Monopoly (single dealership)in the city.nIf still you are booking here, don't forget to take each & every commitment in written in case for consumer court.nI have dropped Tata vehicle just bcoz off this showroom. Tata should think about it.
