Punyashila Hyundai

Worst experience with this showroom.nUnfortunately there is only one Hyundai showroom in this city and that too is worst.nI have bought Hyundai Aura from this showroom and my experience is was not good. Here is why:n1.No test drive offered. Executive do not offer test drive from themselves. If you need you have to ask and there also you have to wait to get the car available. Here I ended up buying vehicle without test drive.n2. Incorrect warranty punched. They have punched incorrect warranty and now they are giving excuses that it cannot be changed. This is totally frustrating.n3. Unavailability. At the time of delivery some of the free accessories were unavailable and I had to follow up for around 15 days to get them. Most of the time you visit they tell you have to wait as the executive is not available and this is common for almost all scenarios.n4. I think this one is true for almost all showrooms around there. Their price chart includes all optional packages which projects higher prices for the cars. However, they remove them once you insist for the discount.nnApart from this everything is okay and I am happy with the vehicle which I have purchased but the experience was not good with this showroom.nnWe don't purchase vehicle on the daily basis so don't ruin your experience. I would recommend you to visit some other Hyundai showrooms in nearby cities.

Excellent service. Timely vehicle repair and delivery as promised. Adding this as my permanent stop for repair and service. Service advisors are also very gentle. Must visit :)
