Worst experience of my life. I have seen a car in nashik few days back. It was Polo. I liked the vehicle. But before that i needed to be completely sure, so i asked the executive to share service book and insurance history. But the executive seems to be in a hurry and was irritated with my queries. People only want to close the deal regardless of the customers choice and earn this commission. I have even texted Mr. Mehul Agarwal in Linkedin few days back regarding this. But till now i have received no response. Its my humble suggestion to every buyer to pls look into what you are purchasing and do not be in a hurry. No proper customer service, improper guidance, hurry in closing the deal, irritation and anger in solving customer queries is Cars24 for you.

This is good place but must remember there are no actual cars to test drive. Whatever you see on the website they are going to show you the same thing. So finalize online then go to their office.

Please don’t give your number..nthey literally calling me every hour! I have ask them remove my number from their system but they promise every time and someone calling again... I am feeling harassed and breached privacy.. so horrible people.
