Staff is not supportive. According to them their responsibility is just book the vehicle for clients. After booking they will not help/guide you , If you have queries then it's your problem , You have to contact customer care not showroom.nIn short , you become worthless for them after you book vehicle.

Worst experiance they make wrong commitment for waiting period dont belive them.Before booking vehical customer is god for them but after booking is done no value to customer . Go for other delar if u really want tata otherwise go for other car brand

3rd class experience overall. No one is professional here, no one can understand your problem. They always solve one problem and create another which is very disgusting.
