The phone number of the power department is dead like a irregular current of nagaland and they want prepaid meter compulsory with irregular lights. It will be like airtel consumer with no signal sometimes.

Do your job instead of only billing us. There's no power in lower chandmari since last night, it's 12pm now, students need to attend online classes, adults needs computer for work.

Bills are not brought in time and they even generate dummy units without taking the actual reading from the meter box.nnThe website which provides means of submitting payments and meter readings are of such low quality that it doesn't even support PC or mobile properly in that the user dashboard shows error logs to consumers.

Why is the electricity so irregular? It goes out for 2 mins and comeback. My computer has no ups backup so it shuts down on its own without any delay. If something happens, I'll sue you people. Have a nice day
