Unprofessional people. Giving it 2 just because of few staff members who helped. Otherwise series of mismanagement events which included delaying, sending wrong order, multiple visits. They should really value customer which to them is the least priority. Avoid this one and try others around in the area

Customer dealing is bad after they sell the product

Earlier very experience Fair price and good quality tiles.always found my self well satisfied but today i don't know why but their owner anurag behaviour was very rude nd unprofessionalnThey give 3 boxes of broken tiles. Which i clearly mentioned before buying it if something is not ok you will have to return it.nnBut 1 hour when i saw tiles were not good condition they totally misbehaving sort of answer.. what can i do, just throw their tiles at there front door...nnNOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WORST OWNER SHIP
