Service only till you pay. They don’t take any responsibility for visa. I was following up with them from ten days before departure if there were any issues with the visa but either they did not respond or after repeated messages they would say there are no issues. Then two days before departure, no visa. at 5:30pm they email saying I need to call up the embassy office in mumbai. The office closes at 5pm so there was no way I could call. The next day, their senior member, calld and has the audacity to be insincere and impolite along with taking no onus for visa. His words “we only ‘help’ in visa and give no guarantee”. Its your responsibility. Then I had to follow up with contacts in the embassy to expedite the visa. So all they were seeking was money. Secondly, the airlines they booked the tickets for was the worst airline ever! You have to reconfirm the food twice(written no where) before you board the plan. However, unaware of this reconfirmation, since the team of cox and kings had booked the tickets, only they could book meals, so maybe they did book meals but the airline received no information and hence we had to stay without food for a 14-hour flight!nMost importantly, only we got the visa-12 hours prior to departure- the team came for the money, and then stopped responding! They had to give us the vouchers but now they would not come to you, you have to go to them! Till now they would visit us everyday and now they said, “we have sketal staff, send someone”nAlso, do not expect any refund from them if any tour doesn’t work. They would not respond.
