Very poor qualities of work, no professional touch and experience,ncharge more money in short time with out qualitative work. 0 punctuality. One has to run after them, if not than it will left untattended. Always in hurry to finish work and leave. not satisfied with work.nThey need to learn and traine themselves for prosperity of company

Mr Bhargav and Haresh, they both are very good sweet talker.nThey promised big and even showed minute details in my brand new home where a lot of mess from builder, carpenter, painter and other trades who worked in my small 190 sq ft apartment.nI was impressed by their observant eyes and detail oriented attitude.nnFor my apartment they gave me estimate of Rs 18,000! Which was their trick to get me pay a good amount of money.nI thought I got a good deal by convincing them for 15K!nnThey said they will be at my apartment by 11, but they arrived well after 1 PM which obviously made the day short.nMr Bhargav very proudly told me that he brought special Nepali people to clean my home and kept saying that this is his special staff which he does not send to anyone home but me!!nAnd Nepali are more sincere then Gujarati!nnThey worked about 6 hours and left.nSame thing again in next day, they showed up late after 1 PM!nNow they brought Gujarati people including one lady.nnAll in all the staff on both day was totally untrained and inexperienced for this type of tasks.nThey didn’t know any basics.nThey don’t know how to respect other people’s homes.nThey brought 2 cleaning rags, and broom and paint remover and some sort of acid for cleaning.nnTHEY DIDNT HAVE CLEAN RAGS, NO SCRAPPERS OR SCRUBS, NO ANTI SEPTIC CLEANER, NO PHINYL, NO DISINFECTANT EITHER!!nIt is so pathetic that they kept wiping and scrubbing with those 2 dirty rags everywhere.nSome of those people, used my kitchen clothes, dish rag and such for dirty jobs!nnThey didn’t have any strategy.nThe field officer Mr Chetan was totally clueless for the whole task they were supposed to do!nnThe mop they used at the end of first day, added so much of lint on the floor, after they left, my hubby had to broom the whole apartment!nnNext day, Mr Chetan told me that the Nepali people who came previous day where fresh from Nepal and they were hired to work at a saree store. So that’s why now Gujju people came to my home.nnThis people where even worse.nThey kept touching every where with their dirty unclean hands, THEY PUT DIRTY FLOOR MATS on my Bed!!!nSo gross!!nThey stained wall paper with their feet and hands!nThey broke the lamp on top of my dressing mirror!nnThe Nepali team didn’t do a good job at all!nSo Gujju team had to repeat so much of cleaning next day!nnThey rushed by the end of second day and didn’t clean wash area, balcony sliding doors, nothing in kitchen cabinets at all!!nnThey don’t have any bars and standards. They wanted to leave my home just like that!nnMr Bhargav who promised me so high, didn’t show up at all.nAfter calling him repeatedly, he replied to my call and promised me to send 2 people next day which was Saturday.nnI over trust people easily so I believed him and made more then 75% of payment even though their 50% task was remaining!nnNext day they hesitated to send people, and asked that they will send on Monday!!!nWhich means I leave my home in a big mess for 2 days and wait for them on Monday!!nnI denied for that option, and asked that they should send 2 person on Saturday itself as Mr Bhargav promised me.nnMr Haresh told me that I should call someone else from the pending payment!!!nnHOW RUDE!!nNot business or professional curtesy at all!!nThey stood me up.nI took these pics.nThey left my kitchen and dining table with lot of stuff on it!nI had to keep showing them, where they missed to clean!nThey invariably kept arguing with me, that they cleaned that area but then I swipe my hand and show them that this is not clean!!nnOver all a worst experience and I would never hire or recommend Dhruv cleaning services at all!

This was my first time using a cleaning services...They provide best housekeeping services in Ahmedabad. I'm definitively using them again...
