Service is not upto the mark. Person switch on and run with full volume... They r not ready to fix the speaker on place.nBetter no need to call service person and waste the time

Not a good one they told there is no spare parts for the sony CX32 and why should be there a authorised Centre without good people's...just waste of time Don't loose your money

Best service I have ever got. I brought a Sony earphones cost 850 6 months ago. Then one side of the earphone stop working. Surprisingly they replaced without no cost.
