I needed a favour to return the shoe which my brother bought for me.... i understand terms and conditions but still they should have helped me atleast they could exchange the shoes as they were unworn and i ran to the store exactly after 5min so they were fresh too unfortunately they didn't do anything.nAnd there is written helping clients will make our relationship strong.. what a joke ud83dude02

Good outlet....i have purchased quite a lot of products from here ..... But sometimes i guess the staff judges customers by their appearance.....like when i was well dressed and went there.....i was treated very specialy while when i just enetered the store for a t shirt while having an evening walk i was treated different ...

Was a lovely experience shopping at PUMA. Would definately get back for some new collection.
