Staff behavior is very good. But not sales manager. Sales manager forcefully increases the car price by adding many unnecessary optional items as mandatory with car. For example, FASTAG sold with the car is good for nothing but charges money without activation. Also forced to buy various optional items and extended warranty with the car. As a result you have pay about 15-20K more for each car. Please verify the car price with other dealers before booking and payment. Also no proper demonstration of car features during handover, only pay money and take your car. Takes very long time for car registration. If you wants to travel within one month outside state and pass toll plaza, think twice.

Another branch of this showroom... My reason to like this showroom is that it serve just like its name (reliable).. staff behaviour is very nice and very friendly.. delivery of cars on promised time...no late ka jhamelaud83dude1c... I rate 5 start out of 5 for cleaning, nice hospitality, accessories offer, good car services and helpful suggestions... If u wanna buy a new maruti car then i suggest u ,visit in any branch of reliable industries..

Nice new construction and decorum.nnWell behaved staffs. Great welcome by the gateman/ guards.nnOne thing is lacking i.e. feedback calls are delayed, which i feel is very important from customer point of view.
