Everytime I visit this service, I had very bad experience. Recently my car original part (mirror setting knob) was missing. Thanks to me i saw it. However this is the part which I saw, may sone original part of inside they already have changed.nnThis time my car rear bumper was changed, and the new bumper fitted was scratched, not fitted appropriately, reverse sensors stopped working now after body shop work ( may be they have changed original, not sure) , back dicky lock was losses fitted, it came out after 45 km run (thanks to them at least they have fitted wheel screw properly, otherwise it would have also been came out. Lolz)nnI booked complaint, it later customer care manager convinced me to sign satisfaction papers, and now no call receiving by customer care managernnOther service center are way to far, so it seems I have only this option or can say they have monopoly in market.
Its good for new car and workshop too.
Its just OK like place for servicing of Maruti Suzuki Cars and vehicles. This service center has old and manual mechanical tools but higher and costlier in service charge.
Nice car showroom and also provide good service in Raigarh
