Not bad but their way off takling is good but still i am not happy to that
I don't know much about the about the dealership of the centre but the service time they take here is definitely too much.
No idea abt support for Mahindra, But for FORD cars it's worst service..nUnprofessional staff, which keep on changing regularly. No care for customer time n money. Arrogant attitude. Zero work for customer satisfaction.nPoor/improper communication between incharges n technicians, no availability of spares.nNo proper space, very poor n unmanaged rush in the way for in coming n outgoing vehicles for service. Due to this they don't prefer to test ride of the vehicles to get the better idea of the problem or service requirement.n.nUnfortunately they majorly prefers Mahindra cars above FORD cars, for service bay n washing etc.n.nAll in one, Don't go for FORD cars in this city due to their worst after sales service.
