The use to handle their customer very nicely... Their staff is osm .. the help the customer is very good manner... i love their services and way of taking.... Extremely bad service of blue dart of nangal branch my parcel returned back two times and i have not received any call or message from blue dart after that i have visited branch and my parcel was only there and again they did not inform me on third attempt. After visiting there i told them my tracking id and they took half an hour for searching my parcel i kindly recomend people do not use this service and one more thing my parcel was immensely important that was documents and just because of their poor service i suffered alot.

Pathetic as always. Guys instead of posting reviews here check courier partner before you order.n- If they are partner with Blue Dart tell them you don't wish to receive order from Blue Dart due to there service record.n- And do share your experiences on there social media page like Facebook etc.nThat's the only way they will take action against this Branch

Just one word pathetic for Una Blue dart center.nnThey dont deliver at delivery address.nnI dont understand why do they accept the payment and agree to order. It is total wastage of time and money. Moreover, una center is black spot on the name of Blue dart brand.

I would have given a zero star which is not possible.n1. The courier was not delivered at my home. I received a call to collect the courier from Blue dart office.n2. When I went to office and asked that why the courier was not delivered at the delivery address. The office staff behaved in very unprofessional and rough tone. And said we don't deliver in village. I just said that you had taken payment for home delivery or bluedart should have denied to receive the courier as it doesn't not provide services in village.nnVery phethatic and lathergic service from una office. Even the staff has no sense how to interact with customers.nAlthough the bluedart is known for its services but in Una Himachal Pradesh it has a very dissatisfied and disappointing service. If administration read my post and they don't take any step to improve the service then I don't hesitate in saying that don't use the services of bluedart especially of Una Himachal Pradesh office. Am running a campaign on Twitter to make adminstration to look into services of their above mentioned branch.
