Worst Service.nDon't go after the room rent, as they give you least rate with worst service. They don't have any rule book. They change their rules according to the situation. We were denied for the Lunch after 3:30 PM on the day of Holi.nIt took atleast 3 reminder for each room service.

Very Arrogant and misbehaving staff supported by higher authorities of the property. We booked 2 rooms through Goibibo at just 1200 per room with all meals , we too were surprised to get such deal. On check-in day security stopped us at Gate saying it's house full . Anyhow getting in side made us embarrassed when staff refused our booking slip declaring it as fake , OMG they just refused their own booking and said Go ibibo only can solve the problem.Later they accepted that due to dam cheap booking they can't provide us the room.nMy question is it Guest's fault ?nWe called up Go ibibo , they tried to convince the hotel staff but failed and offered us an alternative which was nearby which we didn't accepted and asked for the refund.nWhole issue can be narrated as a game play of a so called reputed property a start-up Go ibibo and Guest became a victim.

Don't opt for this resort just because it's cheaper, their service is also like their rate. Lack of staff in the peak season of Holi. Worst Buffet they serve.
