Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Sanghi Brothers, Manorama Ganj

I want to buy a vehicle but it seems that they do not want to sell. Mr Arvind Barua gave me 2 numbers, they are ringing but he isn't picking up. Their office number is also not being answered. LOL XD Funny coz before sales services are hopeless and judging by other reviews, after sales are worse.

Pathetic service, car servicing is like keep on waiting for full day and handing over car without any repair. don't go for service related work of Tata cars whether free or paid. They will wash and clean and say that servicing completed. They will not solve any issues. Better to go local service centers.

They have codes and no rules. Even there is no proper communication channel . Even you can not call to sanghi tata for enquiry or complaint. They have listed a ladline no on the Google which goes busy always. There employée have no manners and sense of talking. I submitted my car for repair but after repairing I found they have changed some of my car parts, where I objected they refused to accept the fact . Which they have to accept after I have shown photograp of that part before submitting the car. They asked to pickup the vehicle 2-3 times and every time they have not prepared with the delivry and billing. At last I have to pay whatever they have asked but I don't get the invoice according to parts bill was like 17000 is the total amount and ,7000 consumable and 7000 parts and misc but there was no itemized bill. sked for that they said leave the vehicle for some more days if you want itemized bill .

One of the third class service they offer to the client, on my first service they gave me a gift (Scratches) and there service guys are so unprofessional and so pathetic they are even denying that it has not been done from there side, arguing and not even attending the client just because its a free service. Where if I pay them the scenario would be different.That is why most of the customer says about the worst service that tata offers

After waiting for almost a month now they are saying we won't be able to deliver on the agreed date. Worst service possible. The service provided here is putting goodwill of Tata in jeopardy. For purchasing tata vehicle customer has to be adamant coz the dealership is trying their level best to shun the customers.
