Very supporting staff...on counter 'A', the staff is very supporting... They show you every details for confirming if it is right or wrong.... and proceeds only when you are satisfied with your details.....Yes but on counter 'B' and 'C' i can't be sure about their behaviour... I want to say to everyone to be patient during the process...

Applied my infant passport and and its under review in RPO from long back. Don't know how to get his passport. Such a worst service like other Government services. Much better to handover passport services to private hands, the way other states did.

They don’t deserve any star It’s Worst service ud83dudc4eud83cudffbever …their way of dealing very ud83dude21rude ,.the two officers who sit in the cabin number 1 and cabin number 2 both are egoistic nd nonesense..even they don’t ready to listen nd the way of working so casual nd thy don’t think abt anyone nd feel relax as it’s their own home …they haven’t professional attitude.they misguide to public nd make worthless issues so I prefer to passport office Jalandr they are giving much better service ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

I would not mind giving 1 star and negative marks dur to uneducated staff, full of ego nonsense staff. They does not even know there own requirements but i am not surprised this is what you can expect from our system. They even don’t care and don’t know how to respect elder. Now about covid19 guidelines, no one respect or stress to wear mask, usesanitizer, maintain distance... One of the worst department ever seen. Service is terrible

Very slow service, It is been around 2 months since I have applied for my daughter passport and still there is no update.
