We were applying OCI for our minor child for the first time during COVID-19 and our experience was very positive. The public interfacing staff sits at the back of the building and were super helpful to provide us a list of documents reqd (need to be attested by both parents and uploaded on Portal too)nBottomline- if your documents are in order it should be a smooth process. Even if they aren't the staff provides you an opportunity to bring back after due corrections etc and may even photocopy if you're missing 1-2.nFull marks to GOI MEA and the Amritsar FRRO staff !!!

They deal with international students registration and so on, i mean stay permit and visa though most of the process are to be done online untill any issue is faced which will result to delay or penalty, this is the best place to visit

Run by idiots in and out. The superiors also think that they can talk how ever they want with people and get away with it.

Int's very difficult to contact with them because they don't answer the phon . I don't know they have any problem with the phon or they don't want to talk. I am trying from many days but it seems impossible to contact .
