Excellent service. One of the fastest network to deliver goods. The customer service is better comparing other networks. It is a but expensive and at times they don't call the customer, if the address is out of delivery area. They resend the goods to the sender if the customer's deliver address is out of deliver area.

Nice service

Rude guy at the reception not even bothered to answer the customer properly. I had gone to collect a courier I missed when delivery was attempted. He did not even have the patience to give a proper answer.

Worst service

Worst service that I'd never seen in my life. I sent parcel from Karur to Darjeeling. I sent in express mode and they charged 3024. They committed 3 working days. Now almost 7 days till now parcel not reached. They're taking money for express mode but they're sending in normal mode. They're cheating, even in normal mode it'll only take 7 days.
