Blue dart express address shifted to Ramnagar, Ambedkar statue. Don't get confused and try to find blue dart here. After calling blued art continously I found the correct address which is in Ramnagar.

Its a terrible service, Never, on time. Delayed delivery is acceptable but we have no information on whats going on.. who is delivering it.. will they be delivering it today.. nothing..nI hope they have a routing algorithm to let the delivery guy know which to deliver first. I dont know whom to blame here. False hopes, the customer care executive has no idea what is happening i guess. Atleast they should make it so that they have info on whats going on so that we can relax and not keep waiting for the delivery to happen.

Very Bad experience. Completely Irresponsible and Irrespective.Dont have even working customer care number and they have not updated the office address, Warangal branch is completely closed. I have wasted a lot of valuable time in search of office in Warangal old address.
