A Children's Home for the orphans,which was founded by the Great Austrian Philanthropist Late Mr.Hermann Gmeiner.nnThe first SOS Children's Village in India was started at Faridabad, way back in the 1960s on the request of the then Prime Minister Late Shri Jawahar lal Nehru.nnSeveral villages were started in due course, including the Vottinagulapalli one.It's a Beautiful Village for the Children with a concept of homes,family, mother & siblings.The Children, both girls and boys, are well taken care, nurtured,sent to good Schools,Colleges and even married at the right age.nnIt has to be seen to believe it. Many children who were brought up at SOS Children's Villages,give back to their Homes,which is commendable.God Bless the Villages and the inmates.

Happy kids in a family fold. Trained loving mothers. Well organised and managed institution. Wish Hyderabad capacity is doubled and more such centres are opened in all state capitals.
