I needed to renew my passport. On the day of appointment they asked for documents and asked to leave after telling everything is ok. I also opted for SMS service by paying fee of 50rs. After 15-20 days there were no updates, I got no any messages about the status of processing. After that I checked on the website, it was showing status for pending documents without mentioning what documents are pending.nStaff is supportive although.nI would suggest they should upgrade their notifications system so that person gets updated in proper time.

My appointment is around 2 p.m. I reached there around 1:40 p.m. thinking I am late for my appointment. But the staff is very supportive and all work was done smoothly and and hassel free. They are very polite and well mannered. All my work has been done in one visit only.

I have to go there 3 times for just one day work. They don't complete whole procedure and ask you to leave. But afterwards you will have to go again for remaining procedures.

Best service offer but few issue for submitting documents and too much broker are there for giving support to anybody take big amount for that.

Those who come here to get passports, please bring a big copy of your original Aadhaar card, where the signature is verified.Because ₹100 is charged to verify signature here. And if you have a large size copy of the original Aadhaar card but the signature on it is not verified, then ₹500 is taken for this in the office Or you can be held.... Good ...... service
