Simple unfussy and professional service. Packed and collected items and shipped from HK to UAE. All delivered in a reasonable time and in good condition.

We have moved internationally over 7 times in the last 20 years, and have experienced the worst service with Crown. Incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive service. After an initial quotation over email , with multiple chasers email for the 1st quotation, no one bothered to come and survey. They overcharged by over 50% (vs another moving company who came to do the actual survey) after the day of our move. By then, since they had already packed all our personal belongings, we had no choice but to proceed.nnOur shipment from HK to Singapore, was terribly packed and disorganised . For example, the box of shoes, were so loosely packed that the boxes were half filled with paper; kitchen items were packed with toys from another bedroom, important items like Remote controls were not unpacked carefully, to ensure that these are handed over to me so that they will not be misplaced. The Singapore team also used child labour with 2 of the packers being only 16 years old. While it is not illegal, but if they were going to charge such high prices, they should at least use well trained and experienced staff.nnIn addition, they damaged our Minotti furniture where we had paid additional for care packaging, and stole 6 pairs of my Louis Vuitton shoes, lost my Dyson remote control.nnWe have filed an insurance claim, and after 5 weeks still no respond from the office. Worst service ever, DO NOT USE THEM!nnservice movers ever, DO NOT USE THEM!

I arranged for shipments of my household furniture from Hong Kong to London, Adelaide and Sydney. We asked for and expected full dismantle and re-assembly. With our bed in Sydney, the movers said they could not assemble it (they did not even try) and left. I was then told we would be charged for a carpenter to do it (after already paying more than $100,000) but it would take several days to arrange. I needed to sleep somewhere so i just did it myself. It was not difficult. In the same shipment my mountain bike was held in customs for cleaning. I paid extra for this and also an extra charge to have it delivered later. It has now been nearly three months and despite repeated request for the bike to be delivered it has not and there is no communication from them. Yet they took the fees for it and it is a very expensive bike.
