Shipping is good, but delivery is poor. I have to go all the way to the store to receive my package which had been received 12 hours before.

I have visited here due to some of my delivery related issue. I have found that the staffs are very energetic and helpful. But some of them have lack of knowledge in technology related issues of products. They have a huge space in their office. And when a unknown person come, they maintain physical distance due to the pandemic situation. Most of them wear mask also.nI had a good experience with them.nThank you!

It was good , I visited there to pickup my parcel which was supposed to be delivered to me by their delivery agent tomorrow, but I needed the product today and by viewing the tracking information I came to know that the parcel has arrived to the hub so, I went to the hub and collected the parcel

I've received few parcels through Ekart logistics in these few days and the delivery boy asked me my number so I gave it to him. At 10 pm he called me and asked to forward the after delivery sms. Since so many years I've been buying from online but any delivery guy never asked this. This is higly unprofessional. He must have taken my number to flirt. Very disappointing.
