Some of these officers are way too rude. The barely have the sense to treat others and think they are the governing authority of Passport itself. Others are quite polite, and if things go well, its a good place to get your Passport. A TIP - please contact them before going for your appointment, some of the documents required to carry out smooth functioning of the process is not mentioned on their official site, yet they still ask for it. If you don’t have them, they wont accept your application IN ANY CASE. It is recommended that you search the requirements online as well, or contact any person who might have the knowledge of the same. DO NOT RELY ON THEIR OFFICIAL SITE. RESEARCH FOR ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ANY PROCESS INDEPENDENTLY. Or else, you’ll have to keep visiting the PSK again and again, and in every visit, they’ll ask you for something new.

This passport office is not working in proper way to help new person who doing enquiry for documents and submissions, staffs are not such helpful as they need to be. Head of this passport officer should work on it. They should at least help them for process and enquiry

Due to this pandemic everybody knows that colleges are not opened yet. Inspite of producing all the documents regarding admission they are asking for bonafied certificate and id card, which is not possible for the student unless and until he joins college physically, neither they allow to give the undertaking nor they cleared his application though he has all valid documents.nThus i recommend not to visit their office.
