Even though their cake may taste good, never i say never order anything other then normal round cake. You will order them something and they will give you something. Better order from LOYANS.

I had bought a 1/2 kg black forest cake on 14/02/2021 from eggotic, but didn't found the taste good as of earlier. The cream smelled foul and was unable to eat the next day even after refrigerating it. Egg-o-tic must strive to bring back the earlier taste.

Regular to this Bakery and cafe since college days...for awesome pastries and sandwich s ...but my recent visit is quite disappointing as the their signature Black Forest pastries lost is unique taste and sandwich price is skyrocketing...nSomehow not satisfied in the last visit ...And more importantly in this world of competition,still they don't welcome a customer with an smile..

Worst bakery in Guwahati. Staff behavior is unwelcoming. I purchased a black forest for my mother's birthday. Taste was pathetic. When I called to give my feedback the owner lady asked me to bring it back to the shop. When I did she behaved very rudely. Didn't apologize for spoiling my mother's birthday. Rather she kept insisting that the cake was good and there was nothing to complain. The staff behavior was disgusting. Customer satisfaction means nothing to them. Shall never visit Eggs-o-tic again even if it was the only bakery in the city

Worst experience I have ever had in my entire Life , staffs here are like Babus they will make you feel like you are not welcomed here. Worst type of food no taste still people go their by seeing the outer look but honestly please don't waste your time and money in such bad places. Regrets !!! ud83dudc4e
