The Worst experience ever at this showroom, Never Book a Vehicle or Vehicle's HSRP here. They behave very rudely.. there was a staff person Shilpi didn't even talk..behave arrogantly after asking her about my HSRP details. Directly said talk to the Gaurd i can't help you out i said your number is on my appointment slip..she said so what it's not my work. The Gaurd Mr. Aakash help me to search the HSRP plates in basement. But don't get it on the date of my Appointment. This one star goes to the Gaurd Mr. Aakash only. Please go other places but don't visit there. Otherwise you'll be humiliated here.

Excellent service provided by the Relationship Manager Shuveb Khan who not only got us the best deal but also spent sufficient time explaining each and every detail. He is a super star and an asset to the dealership. Excellent NEXA showroom and facility. By far the most equipped, efficient, welcoming, considerate and helpful. Special mention of Mr Arvind is a must for he was able to resolve the entire bit for me with ease and patience.
