Ridiculous work ethics by the staff. My family tried to buy a TATA Altroz from them. During late July 2020, we made the booking of the car which had 3 weeks of waiting. We were buying the car at CSD rates. When the waiting period ended, the availability certificate was made, but the rates of the car were changed and a dispute arose as the changed rates were not the same for Civil and CSD. This hassle delayed the process by about 10 days and no help whatsoever was provided by the dealers. When finally this issue ended, we came to know that the availability certificate provided was made for a diesel variant, whereas we had ordered for a petrol variant. The dealers even lied saying that your car was sold to some other customer and it will take another 1-2 weeks for you to get your car. Finally we had to shift our booking to the another dealer and then we got our car. Insanely unprofessional staff is working here. The harassment that they made their customers go through can hardly be put in words

Don't go there .. Spare parts of vehicles Not available... Charges extra for everything.. Charges double for engine oils.. Double for services for paid services.. Even bills are not provided to customers ... Worst Experience ......
