My car had a issue with the clutch plate. We left the car with them for repair. It's now 1 month the car is there. We went to take it and found shockingly that they had smashed our car from the front, the bonnet was damaged, the front bumper was damaged and side as well. And the most shocking part was they were blaming it at us saying it was like this from the start. Anyway finally they agreed its their fault and they are now repairing it, I don't how much more months. They have caused a huge mental trauma to us. They still have not repaired the car. The car is still in mess and shame. Highly highly unprofessional service. Worst worst place.. Please please take our cars to professional people. These people are morons..

1)Very poor service 2)Inexperienced mechanical personal very very casual attitude 3)Non availability parts required during service of vehicle 4)No proper care of customer,siting, refreshment, canteen 5) Casual attendence towards customers which inqirying of new vehicle 6) Overall mismanagement

Service is good but if you want your car serviced and also want to leave before noon, come really really early. If, in your head, you think it's early enough, it's actually not. Leave 30 minutes before that.
