Worst experience I ever has. I don't even want to put one start.. Highly unprofessional staff. I wanted to see and test drive Tata Nexon and called 20 min before visit. I was told that car is available and I can come to see. I hired a taxi and came over together with my family and kids. They kept us waiting for almost 2 hours as they were busy with other customers and once our turn came, the guy showed up and told that car is NOT available at all to see and test drive. It was a total waste of time. He did not even had the courtesy to apologize or offer a drop back home, rather started arguing. Never ever visit this showroom. The price quote he gave us is also highly priced. Stay away from these people.
They dont keep accessories stock, mostly they prefer you guys going to Solan office. They dont offer discount where as other showroom in other city you will get good discount. They play a monopoly game..
Don't Expect much from this service centre . Service is too slow and Space is also less. Only 1 lift is there for raising vehicle and the staff is also on lower side. Expected much better from Tata .
We are a travel agency and own many vehicles mostly from all the companies, however the kind of service Tata is offering these days is awesome. One of our Tata cars had some clutch issues. We called the service number and spoke to Mr Pradeep the in-charge and informed him about the urgency. He was really empathetic and arranged urgent service right then. Within 2 hours the car was back on the track. We highly appreciate him and his team. Feeling proud to be a Tata vehicle owner.
Poor customer service, unprofessional staff, I booked a nexon in November 2020 and haven't got my car till now. They have been calling and saying that you car Is about to reach Shimla in a couple of days, and once I did all the formalities and made the payment then they are saying that the car is not available right now.
