After 80 years of work dedicated to this company by my father and his father before him, I do not receive any answer on the phone all day ... while the office is operational .. I did not know where he was my correspondence in stock ... They never answer the phone. If my father who was a manager in those administrative offices had found a similar situation, he would have fired them all. shameful I am ashamed for you to represent our country in this way. They never answer the phone. typical ahinoi of many public services. Once I went in person for a question that cmq could be solved by telephone I get followed in an imprecise and also quite annoyed by the employee at the counter
