I've been trying to collect a package for 3 weeks. Endless queues. And I can't even change the office where I have the packages sent. Scandalous, strengthen the staff

The staff don't take their job seriously. I went several times and almost all counters are multifunctional or closed.

Unfortunately, not very well. A small extra gear would be enough to improve the service in a more decent way, starting with the reduction of the queues.
