The worst attention I received from a rent car ever, irresponsible car company, didn't provide all the necessary information that's required when you rent a car, they didnt told us what kind of gasoline we should have charged on the car, and when we warned them they replied that ‘it was our responsibility to ask‘. We rent cars very often and always the companies give us all the information we need to know, we asked to speak with a supervisor and the employee told us that ‘she was the supervisor’ and after insisting repeatedly she call her supervisor, so the employee was lying to us. A disrespect. We rented the car 1 week ago and we're still waiting for the gasoline to be refunded. They told us that we could return the car in the morning AROUND a certain time without being specified with the schedule, and when we got to return it (twenty minutes later) we were charged 1 whole day more. Really bad attention, disrespectful, and rude. And we are still waiting the call from the supervisor.

Terrible Hertz experience, asked for a car that could drive well in the snow and up to mountains. I got a car with front wheel drive and rusted snow chains and was told I’d be fine and there wasn’t another car available - long story short, car couldn’t make it up the mountain. I drove back to Hertz in Milan since again the Turin Location closes at 1 PM on the weekends and was told there was nothing that could be done, I couldn’t even return the car to save money on my last day.. I also needed to return the car on Sunday after 1 pm, when the office is closed. When I went into the garage and with the parking slip that I included on my return with time. When I got the bill the next morning they charged me an extra day because they could not find the slip! Unfortunately, I did not think I would need to take a picture to show proof since I trust people, but clearly not the case.

The best rental experience we’ve had in Italy. Valentina was fantastic. Super professional, fast and great attitude.

The clerk was very nice and helpful but if you didn't rent from the same place it can be hard to find to start with.
