EUROPCAR NAPLES CAPODICHINO WORST EXPERIENCE. VERY PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES OF BARLETTA MR. MERY Today Sunday evening at 18 I went to the Naples Capodichino car rental station with a regular reservation to collect the car in Naples and return it to Barletta tomorrow as I was a soldier and I absolutely had to return to the barracks. This evening unfortunately I had a very bad surprise the car rental office Europcar in napoli-capodichino was completely closed empty without any type of information or number of availability for customers. A very incorrect behavior in my way of seeing a multinational company should never underline never adopt a negative customer service I will never be your customer again but above all it will be really my concern to make you negative advertising.
