Congratulations on the lack of respect towards customers. Kudos for treating inexperienced and unsuspecting people with such smugness. Specific episode? An office worker forced a client to tell personal facts in front of everyone and mocked him of his ignorance, making him ashamed to death. To be slapped.

Incompetent staff, dedicated to bivouacs and disrespectful of their users who, despite having taken half a day off from work, despite having arrived at 14:30 to queue behind twelve other people, only saw the comings and goings of the bartender supplying the aforementioned sweets , coffee and various drinks and they did not even manage to be served for 19 hours, being thrown out with absolute indifference and rudeness. Shameful.

And absurd, there are sometimes 3 busy, but usually always 2 employees, while doing operations at the counter, the employees are fixed on the cell phone talking or writing messages, in the meantime there is a huge queue. Long live the directors who are involved too. It is a real shame. I'd send them to work at private companies so they see what it is and the job.
