Huge waiting times, slow IT systems and unprofessional staff. Go somewhere else, they don't even answer the phone

They are good and courteous - what you expect from an office like the post office. Sometimes they are a little nervous but they too are human beings but we who go to them are no less

I'd like to understand what the post office phone number is for. For two months I have been trying to contact the UP in Via Issiglio Turin without receiving any response (unfortunately no switchboard operator can solve my problem nor can he offer alternatives or solutions). I would like to know how to collect a registered letter as it is impossible to cross regional borders and without having a person to whom to delegate the task. Thanks

Highly professional and courteous staff

Competent and helpful staff. In response to the pregnant woman who queued for 2 hours: pregnant and disabled women take precedence in all post offices, as is written on the numerous signs posted in each office. Therefore it was enough to read and make it present. On several occasions I have attended the Director's intervention aimed at supporting people in difficulty of various types. Environment where friendliness and professionalism are perfectly combined.
